Account of sales of the personal Estate of Mr Francis Eppes deceased, At Randolphs Tavern in Amelia the 8th Sept 1808. at Eppington the 10th Octr 1810 At Eppington the 29th Novr 1810 By John W. Eppes and Jerman Baker Exers And of Articles which by general consent1 of the legatees were delivered to some of them at their appraised value after the death of Mrs Elizabeth Eppes, to whom they had been previously delivered by the exers agreeable will of their Testator.—
