In case of my death before my return from Europe, for which voyage I am about to depart, it is my wish that Eugenia a mulatto female slave whom I purchased from Miss Cornelia Randolph shall be manumitted, & I request that my representatives will, in such event, duly regard & execute this intention & wish—
