A. S. Brockenbrough begs leave to inform Dr Dunglison that he should have no hesitation (provided the funds would justify it) in building all the professors that wish it a smoke house, without applying to the Visitors—as there is not funds to do so it will be impossible for A. S Brockenbrough to undertake it—
