Robley Dunglison to Nicholas P. Trist

My dear Sir

My wife, I am happy to think, is something better this morning, although her complaint still Continues—she decidedly is not worse. Mrs Gorman unfortunately does not suit us; she is weak & what is worse so overpowered by her distressed situation that she is rendered totally unfit to wait upon the sick. Harriette would feel extremely glad if Priscilla would attend upon her for a short time. If You could be kind enough to spare her Conveniently—it would be a satisfaction to me. Be pleased to express to Mrs Trist & her Sister my grateful sense of their kindness in taking so much interest in the welfare of my family, in which expression You will be pleased yourself to participate & to

believe me most sincerely yours
Robley Dunglison.
