Charlottesville Central Gazette Advertisement Warning Off Monticello Trespassers

NOTICE.

Repeated trespasses having been committed on the grounds and garden at Monticello, by digging up plants and flower roots; notice is given that should a sense of propriety prove insufficient for the protection of the property, legal means will be taken to effect it.
