I wish to undertake a part of the work to be done at the u. v—on the western Range of hotels & dormitories—I am willing to Continue [. . .] to work at the Same prices that you now give—I shall get the work done. I have on hand Sometime in the month of July—& in the mean time shall be able to do the wood work in the west Range as soon as the Brickwork may Require it to be done—I am willing therefor to bind myself to Compeat any work you may think propper to give me, in any Reasonable time you may stipulate after the Completion of the Brick work
